I was here to redeem a free drink for my birthday—thank you! Since it was after lunch hour, there was no crowd, but the service could have been a bit quicker, as I had to wait quite a while despite being the only customer. Overall, though, I still enjoyed my drinks. 😋 🙏

Staff Mei Cheng is excellent! Such a joy with great customer service! Although she is wearing a mask, I can tell she is smiling behind the mask! As I wasn't sure how to order as I no longer drink daily due to previous staff ignoring me. Mei Cheng patiently assist me with the ordering and guided me. She even recommended some drinks to me. Because of her pleasant experience, I feel good and decided to buy extra items and spent more money at the shop! What a GEM! Mei Cheng deserves a pay raise! Big asset to the organisation. Two thumbs up! 👍 👍

This outlet is nestled in a less busy side of the mall and I don’t have to be worried that I’m obstructing other patrons while I’m ordering via the kiosk or while waiting. Like to commend the teenage boy who was as the counter. He greeted me while he was packing other orders. I have to say I don’t remember when was the last time I heard “Welcome to XXX” (other than in restaurants).. Good job! Side story: I had not patron this outlet for a very long time even though it’s within close proximity because I felt that the staffs were hostile and the taste of the drinks were not as nice. Today’s visit completely changed my previous experience. Will come back to this outlet for more from now on.

I attempted to place an order on 19 April, and while the payment was successfully deducted, the machine did not register my order. When I approached the staff, they were unable to serve the drink and instead asked me to complete a form, with the assurance that I would receive a response within 1–2 working days. It has now been 5 working days, and I have yet to receive any update, be careful on using the faulty machine

Located on level 2 of the mall. 2 self ordering counter available. This store looks bright and clean. Overall service still could be considered accept. One burning question: why didn’t the design of the store incorporate the storage of the cups and straws. The cups and straws were left at the counter area. A bit ugly.
