'LiHO means "How are you in Hokkien" and we take pride in our name as it celebrates Singapore as a melting pot of culture. A simple greeting of LiHO is a great way for individuals to bond and it is even better with a cup of Singapore’s homegrown tea brand, LiHO TEA.

Here at the outlet and shi ping is really very nice. She still asked if we wanted to buy more because there’s 1-4-1 promo. And also reminded us the promotion will last for another 2 more days and welcome us to come back and buy more! 💛💛💛 love her friendliness
View on GoogleBusiness model needs to change, they prioritise grab orders over customers who come and order. I get it but when i have to wait >30 min when im only 2 orders behind according to the digital display, something is wrong. Somehow other bubble tea places don't have this problem, its always LIHO. I think it's a manpower problem, hire more people. I don't blame the workers but they are clearly overworked. Turns out the reason I had to wait 30min was because my cup to the side. They have so many orders but it's clear there's no proper organisation system. People who ordered their drinks later than me got their order first. Only when I asked, they found my cup and started making my ONE drink. Aiyo
View on GoogleVisited on a Friday morning for the Pooh series release. It was easy to order and collect with the Liho app. Although the staff were busy with many orders, she was very nice and patient. The new Golden pineapple tea latte was nice, summer feels and not that sweet. The Pooh plush keychain, stickers, cup sleeve and thermal bag were very cute.
View on Google⭐ Review: LiHO TEA @ Compass One As a bubble milk tea lover, I appreciate that LiHO is making healthier choices more accessible—especially with growing concerns over sugar intake. I’m glad they were the first to offer Stevia as a sugar substitute, and surprisingly, it didn’t compromise the taste at all. I initially wanted to order the Classic Milk Tea with Mixed Sweet Potato Pearl, but was told it was out of stock—which was disappointing, but understandable. I went ahead with an Earl Grey Milk Tea topped with Red Sugar Pearl and Taro Balls, sweetened to 25% with Stevia. The drink was flavorful and enjoyable overall, but I did notice that the Red Sugar Pearl wasn’t as soft and chewy as it should be—a bit firmer than expected, which affected the texture experience slightly. Still, it was a satisfying drink, and I’m happy to see LiHO offering healthier alternatives without sacrificing too much on flavor.
