this outlet i always see many ppl. 1st time i buy my drink here and using koi card. asked one of the staff can i use the self service kiosk to redeem my free pearls and she gave me clear steps on what to do, vy good. drink was ok, pearls was much better than the ones i had from oasis terrace outlet.

How could such a simple mistake happen? A drink with toppings obviously needs a wide straw, not a thin one! Please train your staffs properly! Not the first time! This will ruin my drink experience!

Kitty and I were craving some milk tea, so we decided to check out the KOI Thé at Compass One. We both love the customization options at KOI Thé, so we got creative with our orders: My Drink: I went with a Low Fat Milk Tea - L (Half Sugar, Less Ice, Konjac Ball). The low fat milk made it lighter than a regular milk tea, and the half sugar level was perfect for me. The konjac balls were chewy and added a fun texture. Kitty's Drink: Kitty opted for a Milk Tea - L (Half Sugar, Less Ice, Golden Bubble). The golden bubble added a nice sweetness and a bit of a chew. She really enjoyed it! We both really enjoyed our drinks and appreciate the customization options. The service was friendly and quick. I'd definitely recommend KOI Thé to anyone looking for a tasty and customizable tea drink!
