Your staff keep pressing the remote for the fan, which me and my mum were seating at!! No wonder for a moment i felt hot and then they turn on back!! You should atleast apologise but they did not at all!

bad experience with the coffee purchased. coffee spilled upon purchased and obviously it's the shop fault. but shop didnt compensate a new cup of coffee.
