I bought 5 chicken wings for $10. This is a god deal. The wings were very meaty and very well fried. Also, it was full of flavour. They also provided delicious chilli! I’ll be back for more. Highly recommended. Thumbs up! The service was also very good, they greeted us with a smile, even though it was close to the end of the working day.
View on GoogleLove the crispy chicken and fragrant rice. An all time favourite for me n my family. Will buy it about once a month as dinner. Service staff esp the male cashier is always cheerful and polite. Greets customers with a smile. I hardly eat at the venue itself cos the place is small and very cramped. Definitely jus a eat-and-off-u-go kind of place.

View on GoogleThe past customer service I’ve experienced from the female staff has always been pleasant, and the quality of the food has been consistently good. Unfortunately, my dine-in experience today was marred by a non-customer — a man in his 50s or 60s who did not make any purchase from the store — sitting diagonally across from me at one of the entrance tables and staring at me while I was dining alone. What was even more disappointing was that the male staff on duty between approximately 7.56 p.m. and 8.30 p.m. on 10 June 2026 did not attempt to ask the non-customer to leave the dining area. Instead, misogynistic remarks were made about “$200, $300, $400 being a cheap price to pay for an experience”, with Hokkien vulgarities added in. The comments from the male staff continued even after I changed seats because I felt uncomfortable and harassed. After I left Crave, the non-customer also left and actually followed me out of the store. If this review is seen as sensitive, so be it. I am giving this feedback in the hope that the management will take customer safety more seriously and create a safer dining environment for patrons.
