Shop did not even sealed the drink before letting delivery to pick up. Spilled more than half when delivered to my house. How stupid could they be?? Response to reply: The drink was delivered by Grab to me without the seal and spilled. Pls do your check with Grab platform and delivery driver as this was what told to me.

The female staff member on duty clearly saw me waiting at the counter. Instead of serving me, she made me wait for 2 to 3 minutes. Before finally walking over, she stopped, took her time to take a sip of water, smiled to herself, and then completely walked away without taking my order or acknowledging me. I had to call her a few more times before she unwillingly came over to take my order, only to tell me to use the kiosk instead. As a rider picked up drink a few drinks. Encountered some evasiveness when attending to riders but brushed it off .I was arranging the drinks properly for delivery when one of the cups suddenly split open and everything spilled out. I did not drop anything. Went back to the store and staff refused to change and showed attitude. I see by the thinness and fragile plastic quality of the cups they definitely went the cheap route. It's no wonder there are so many other bad reviews.

Ordered coconut shake 0% sugar. Didnt get full cup, almost 1/4 gone. Ask the staff why its not full, staff said because 0 sugar. Gone to many other bubble tea shops and this is first time getting non full drink because no sugar.

Gurl i love your drinks in fact i come almost every other week (i’ve been drinking since 2020…) but why does your kiosk always have some issue in CP1 😭😭 wasnt able to redeem my free topping promotion which ends in a week… and the last time i couldn’t sign in with my number too… pls cococane….
