Tried to redeem a voucher from the shop for the purchase but was told they weren't accepting it although the voucher was valid until 30 Aug 26. Not too sure if the staff were lazy

Please cook well Yr dishes are not fresh. Bought chicken rice meat like rubber. Bought bee hoon found plastic piece while eating. U sell cheap doesn't mean u don't care. Hope u can improve.

Hair in my food. Wanted a refund but said they can only change to new plate. You expect me to trust the other food quality? Still got the cheek to complain behind my back when it was the old chi lady’s hair.

The malay woman doing in the afternoon shift, she will give non malay customers smaller portion. I did inform the rest of the staff about her, they said its not the first time they heard about the complaints. Please do something about it

I bought the chicken rice twice, first time bought the rice is 3/4 cooked and still can feel the powdery taste. Thought maybe 2nd time will be okay and still the same issue rice not totally cooked. I want to approach them n just thought just don't buy from them anymore. It's always around 5plus in the evening after work timing so always bought at that time. I have seen ppl before me bought the chicken rice as well. They may not mind if the rice is not cooked well. Recently after 2 years I received a reply from so called 'owner' saying 'why don't you cooked yourself'. Well, at least got a reply but as an owner should say ' we will try our best to serve the customers and and will see it does not happen in future,' If that's the owner ' well, 😂 no further comment
