Their coffee was the best! The few Vietnamese staff inside coffee stall were very friendly and efficient. They would not show any negative attitude even if it is very busy. Long queue most during meal time but fast moving. Keep up with the good service!

Never ever order from the caifan store. Bad attitude and service. Portion per dish is pathetic, and expensive. Order at your own risk.

Very dirty coffee shop. Lots of flies and birds flying around inside the coffee shop. Bird shit on the table. cockroach can be seem on the floor. Chicken rice stall uncle washing bowls on the floor using used water and put on the floor.

Disgusted by what I found in my caifan.. a HUGE housefly – crunchy, protein-packed and absolutely not what I ordered. Completely ruined my appetite. Seriously don't know how the staff could miss a fly this big. On top of that, the stall is extremely noisy. The staff is constantly yapping and shouting across stalls while serving customers. If you enjoy chaos with a side of unexpected "extras", this is your spot. If not, just save your money and go somewhere else.

This place seems purely suitable for locals who live nearby and need a fairly cheap kopitiam to hang out over a meal. Food quality is really average and hygiene in some stalls is debatable. The only stall worth coming here from further away, and that's why I tried, is Sri Sun Prata. Unless it's convenient to travel to Jalan Kayu or other prata places, you can get decent prata options at reasonable price at Sri Sun. Nasi Padang stall is next best to try. Not worth the tries are the chicken rice stall and zichar stall. Parking is available at nearby HDB lots. Honestly, don't bother travelling all the way here for the food even if you're visiting people in the vicinity. Tastier food and cooler environment at nearby malls.
