The staff operate like machines. Efficient, yes, but completely devoid of hospitality or basic service awareness. This is an F&B establishment, not a self-checkout kiosk. Food and drinks alone do not make a dining experience. Without proper customer engagement, warmth, or even minimal service etiquette, the place feels cold and unwelcoming. If the staff cannot grasp the basic concept of hospitality, then the entire point of running an F&B is already lost.

2nd time purchase from this outlet through grab and 1 of my drink got a cut. At first drank it like normal then when i wanted to put down suddenly the drink spilled on me i thought it wasn't sealed properly but found out there was a cut. Impossible that it's from the grab delivery cause i inspected the plastic bag there was no cut and all my other drinks were okay. Only this 1 drink had a cut. Looked like a pen knife cut as it is a clean cut. Not sure if it's their cup manufacturer or their staffs cut open 🫤

Idk what is the review about is either the customer problem trying to act snobby pretentious I been to every outlet just to check so far everything is good For the customer just act humble and polite dont need to show that ego face I have my own business I know different type of person as a introvert I don't speak to people well some may find me rude or having a attitude

Poor attitude staff especially near to closing time. Very unfriendly to customer with a very rude tone during communication.

All the service staff in the Rivervale Mall outlet are unfriendly. It won't hurt to put a smile on your face while serving customers. Customer service is very poor at this outlet. They add sugar/sweetness according to their wish. Even when I asked for 120% sugar level, I get only 20-50% sweetness at most time. Not sure if they trying to save cost on sugar.
