Really enjoyed and always enjoyed my meals here. Today I came on one mission which is to try their ultimate unagi feast. I ordered their Camembert unagi salmon roll, Unagi Chakin-Zushi and their Siracha unagi. All 3 were awesome and I especially loved the chakin-zushi one as the way the this layer of omelette wrapped up the rice (very little which I love) and cucumber gave a refreshing taste and to top it all off with a large slice of unagi on top. Unfortunately I couldn’t try the other unagi dishes as it is only available in certain outlets. However for this affordable price is definitely a must come back for all!

Seated at the last corner of the conveyer belt. Asked for more than 5 times over a span of 45mins for aburi. Staff brushes off with "let me check" and never gets back. Another staff says "it was on the belt earlier on". I explained we were at the last of the belt. We only managed to get 1 plate. 45mins on and I am still waiting for my aburi. Absurd.

I reach this outlet with my girlfriend near closing time and the outlet still let us in and treated us with great hospitality. It was a very wonderful experience as you can tell the people working there were of good morals and very compassionate. It makes you feel good eating in an outlet where staff treat you like actual real customers instead of people they can’t wait to leave. sushi quality was still great even though it was so late but the variety was lacking but me being late did play a factor in it. Outlet was clean and with ample seating options. The aircon was great too keeping the experience cool and calm. One final thanks to the staff working on 31/5/2026 from 9.10 - 9.30, you guys are great and keep up the good compassionate work.

Food are fresh and delicious at Sushi Express. Staff are friendly. Certain corners are The Seletar Mall outlet are warm, poor aircon circulation. Seats are a bit cramp though.

I so curious just chawanmushi need wait 30mins more? And the chawanmushi is ready for serving but dun wan give to the customer? It’s okay…That one is small thing. I was felt very disappointed and mad is there got one hair inside the chawanmushi!! I responded to the staff but he did not say sorry for me. Waiting too long. The food taste very normal. The seafood not fresh. I will not coming again.
