Ordered less black sauce and repeated twice no chilli, the ordering guy also repeated no chilli. In the end when opened up at home, my kid said so spicy! First time encountered such wrong order. It's just single order without complexity also can get wrong. There are better one elsewhere I guess

Super black — as black as the black soy wanton noodles. Bad attitude, my god. I used to order Pontian wanton noodles via delivery platforms, but seeing it in person this time really opened my eyes. Look at the fishball — how is this even cut like that? This shows a complete lack of care, hygiene, and basic food handling standards. If you do not want to serve customers properly, then go home.

Hygiene: Staffs handling food never wear gloves, 1 pulled down facemask to rub his nose n pull back on & continued do packing of da bao food; d other lady scratch her neck & continue using d same hand to take noodles for cooking. Is dat hygienic? Service: Dirtied d plastic bag w black sauce patches dat contained my food, I asked politely w a smile can I hv another plastic bag as the one he handed me was dirty, he passed 1 to me reluctantly w a black face stared. Food: bought d set dat comes w either drink/dessert, I chose dessert Tau suan. As attached pic, d Tau suan is so gluey & chunky dat looks more like jelly... Such quality/standard? Don't waste your money.

The food is alright but the Pontian staff in the morning who takes order n prepares food is so rude and aggressive. He is not fit to be in serve customer. Have been tolerating his attitude but I will not patronise anymore.

One of the nicest Wanton noodle and taste is almost similar with other Potian Wanton outlets. However, the wanton skin seems to be stiffer than the last time i ate and is thicker.
