I recently visited the rejuvenated LiHO at The Seletar Mall, and I’m thrilled with the transformation! The outlet now features a cozy corner that feels like a charming tea hut, perfectly reflecting the brand’s core tea concept. The tasteful renovation clearly ties in with what LiHO stands for, creating a warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed space. Along with the refreshed look, the revamped menu introduces exciting new items. There are delightful toasties and toasted breadsticks served with creative dips such as Thai milk tea. At the same time, all my favorite drinks are still available, including grass jelly Earl Grey milk tea, brown sugar milk tea with pearls, and taro pearls milk tea. They’ve also added ramen to the menu, with an incredibly value-for-money combo—one bowl of ramen paired with a brown sugar pearl milk tea for just $6.90, which is truly a steal. That said, I couldn’t resist returning—I was so captivated by the Thai milk tea that I came back to try their Thai Tea Cloud. It’s just as dreamy as it sounds—light, creamy, and floating with a perfect blend of flavors. I tried the second item in their Thai milk tea series, and it was absolutely worth the visit—so light and indulgent, a total standout. Overall, this refreshed LiHO at Seletar Mall blends a cozy tea-hut atmosphere with innovative menu offerings—it’s a wonderful upgrade!

I bought 3 cups from mobile orders on 11 July from Seletar Mall. The thick taro fresh milk is damn bad. A lot of jellys substance inside like those taro pearls melt down. And taro pearls are so damn hard to bite. I understand is 1-1 deals from mobile orders, but is damn bad. Really disappointed by the drinks I ordered. Will not want to patronise liho anymore.

Been having the ramen set as it comes with a bubble tea. The best experience is that this outlet engage the best youngsters as staffs, polite, attentive and delivers the correct request. Keep up the great team work!

The Seletar Mall LiHO staff really deserve praise. They always take orders even if they are busy making other drinks and will tend to any queries even if busy. Even when I ordered wrongly, the staff patiently explained and offered to help me correct the order. Despite it being busy, the attention to detail the staff have is top-notch! Steady ah!

Order: Earl Grey Milk Tea (25% stevia, White Pearls) "The tea was very fragrant and balanced well with the milk. I appreciated the Stevia option as it kept it light without losing sweetness. However, the outlet was understaffed; even though I used the app, I still had to wait 5 minutes as they were busy with delivery orders. I will came back again
