Review of KOI Thé @ The Seletar Mall KOI Thé has secured one of the best spots in The Seletar Mall, which makes perfect sense for a high-turnover brand like this. Every time I pass by, there’s almost always a queue forming — a clear sign of how strong their business is. I usually go for the Golden Pearl Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and it has never failed to impress. The taste is consistently good and satisfying, which is why it remains my go-to order. Despite the constant crowd and busy periods, the service here is still efficient and pleasant, making the overall experience a positive one.

The reviews here already speak for themselves about the customer service standards. Personally, I had a very poor experience. Maybe it’s just the “neighbourhood standard” they’re aiming for. The staff’s attitude felt like it came as part of the standard service.

Ordered via the app twice so that I can pick up my drink when ready, and never had any good experience with mobile order at this store. The first time I ordered was when the store first reopened last year, I waited for 20 mins for my order to show that it’s ready, but the notification never came. I went to the store to find out the store has some issue with mobile orders and did not even receive my order. Instead of expediting my order, I waited for another 30mins for my drink to be made. Only good thing was I filed a feedback with the timestamps of my order and collection time and the koi office replied. Today I ordered via mobile app again and it showed ready for collection, but when I reached the store they told me it’s still being prepared. There’s not even a way for me to know when it is actually ready. In the end I waited another 15mins after the app falsely claimed my drink is ready. And I had to camp at the counter since the number system won’t even display whether the drink is ready or not. And the staff won’t even notify you. Totally defeats the purpose of order via the app for fuss free and wait free collection. PS: the staff also forgot to give me straw

I don't know if anyone notice or just me. Being the loyalty koi fans, the golden bubble again and again disappointed me. Might as well called as it SAGO. terrible

Extremely terrible service. I came here to get bubble tea a few weeks ago and was served by a barista called Ning rui i believe . I complained to her saying that i ordered with pearl but they didnt listen properly and ended up messing my order up. She said it was my fault that i didnt talk louder. I waited around 50min for my bubble tea when it wasnt even peak hour . Pls give ur staff hearing test or something. Very bad experience.
