Kind of overpriced and not really anything much fancy on the menu other than some varities of topping choices... and course of the standard pearls.. And something called a golden bubble now.. Would have preferred if they had some maybe more eco -friendly takeaway or dine -in options instead of SO much of single use disposable plastics...... ..On the bright side though, the Ambience inside is pretty pleasant though....nice volume of of some nice soothing music being played inside..Many seating area options available.. Spotted three small area where I was sorted itself with Opened power socket available to charge your mobile devices.... Nice comfortable temperature of the air con inside.. So if weather is too hot outside and you want to enjoy some air con indoors, that's not too overpowering n freeze you to death .., can probably come here and chill inside for awhile too(: I decided to buy thier membership card.. Minimum top-up value starts at $12.. And you get some voucher to go along.. Such as free two additional toppings.. And a one-for-one drink voucher.. I guess they also have options for some coffee... But I'm unsure if there's a hot version option available or not.. Didn't clarify well with the staffs earlier.. The trainee who served me, was very patient and friendly.. super bad attitude from staff i’ve been coming to this outlet at least once every 2 weeks and there has been no problems, staff not really friendly but it’s ok, we’ve always gotten our drinks. but today 2 of my friends and i went to study, 2 of us were not thirsty yet so our other friend went to buy a drink. when she gave her the drink, she ask us (not in a good way “ only 1?” and we said yes, she suddenly said “can both of u buy?” and fyi i’ve often only bought 1 cup for 2 ppl to sit there. so we didn’t know what to do as we didn’t want to buy. how can she force us??? then she said we HAVE to buy. she even suddenly changed up to chinese and said “我们不是白做的。” how can u tell ur customers u don’t work in the stall for free.. and the worst part is see gave attitude, like we owe her smthg. like at least one person bought a drink, and it’s not that the others didn’t want to buy is that we didn’t want to buy FOR NOW. so we were thinking of leaving the store, but i went to the toliet first. When i came back, my friends were already packing up their things bc apparently she went to go tell them again “ 这里不可以坐免费” here cannot sit for free. and there was also another lady staff which looked at my friends with very judgmental and rolled her eyes. when i went back, i heard and i js packed up my things and we left the store. Furthermore, we only went into the store for nor more than 10 minutes and she started asking if we buying drink, cannot give time to settle down??? hence, i’m very disappointed with the service as i’ve not had any problems but suddenly this staff give us this kind of attitude, even speaking in chinese. and the entire time she talk to us is like we owe her money, we don’t owe u anything. didn’t see the staff name as i was already very pissed, my friend who bought the drink also got “kicked out”. kicking out ur own customers is very funny lmao. But she could speak chinese, short hair and had arm tattoos, VERY cold face.

ordered a green milk tea 50% sugar with less ice. it just tasted like water. super diluted. extremely disappointed in this koi outlet. i have never once experienced something like this from koi before. would not visit this outlet ever again.

Enjoyable ambience. Not too loud. Selection of exquisite tea and macaroons. Prices are higher than the usual KOI kiosks due to higher quality tea used, and also for the comfy seats. Great place to chill while waiting for friends. Would not recommend to study for long here, as seats are rather limited.

Sigh……yet once again wrong order (happened so many times! Drinks different from the order!). Sticker stated 0% sugar with aloe vera, but upon drinking it, it was 100% sugar with konjac jelly!!! Seriously…….🤦🏻‍♀️ and it is always the evening staff. Why?
