First time visiting and overall for hawker Center not too bad. Good amount of variety in food. Finally chose the fish soup but found a tiny hair in the soup. Will come back to try other stalls maybe.
View on GoogleThis hawker is huge airy clean spacious. That's the summary of it. Plenty of parking at B1. Food wise, it also seems to be the franchise or branches of other famous stalls in Sg. But sadly they only remember to bring the name but not the recipe n taste. We felt the taste wise of some food we tried was way off and not nice at all. Guess maybe only 3-4 nice stalls here at max. Hearsay there's been quite a number of changes in stalls. It's. Great place for the residents here for sure. Saw a few blks which are just next to this, lucky fellows.
View on GoogleAiry and spacious hawker centre with many good food, one of the better ones in Singapore. Had the ba chor mee soup here, keep coming back for it. Definitely a rare gem
View on GoogleVisited this place a couple of weeks ago. I wrote poor review on Soon Lee fish soup but forgotten about 2 other stalls(unfortunately both equally bad). My very very first review on Lor Mee (early 2025) was good but unfortunately, the standard has gone south after I revisited it 1 mth plus ago. It was bad. The gravy was really salty and nothing else. The ingredients was very little and not too fresh.. OVerall, very disappointed ! The 2nd stall was Bak Kut Teh. The old uncle, on that day, was rather rude and anyway the claypot BKT was very diluted and the pork seems to have been re-cooked many times (leftovers?). Anyway, I just couldnt finish it. I wonder how some popular bloggers gave both high marks!! Maybe there has been a changed in hand??? So far the stalls that still maintain good standards are the chicken rice and Munchi MJK. I havent tried the BCM and Claypot rice. Will try next time and post the outcome..
View on Googleavoidat all costs, noodle, one just dont taste like bak chor mee, read a review saying its the nicest in Sengkang proximity,. Got fooled by the review. Just eat zhup cai png or zichar, chicken rice better.
