A very satisfying meal with generous portions and strong local flavours. The prawn noodle soup was comforting, hearty, and full of seafood sweetness. The broth had a rich savoury taste that made every spoonful enjoyable, especially when paired with the fresh prawns, sliced pork, vegetables, and noodles. The prawns were large, fresh, and cooked just right, giving the dish a premium feel for a simple local meal. I also enjoyed the fried side platter, which added a nice crispy texture to balance the warm soup. The chilli sauce was flavourful and gave the meal an extra kick without being too overpowering. The overall dining experience felt relaxed, authentic, and enjoyable, especially in an outdoor setting. It is the kind of place that serves honest, tasty local food with good value. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys a comforting bowl of prawn noodles.
View on GooglePretty nice authentic prawn noodles. The pig skin was soft and tasty, there's not much sauce for dry version, you can spice up yourself with their fragrant soy sauce and chillie powder. Asked for added pork lard but quantity still quite little though. Service was good, uncle walking around is friendly and helps add soup.
View on GoogleI’ve always wanted to try Blanco Court Prawn Mee since moving to Sengkang, and finally made a trip down for lunch. The place was quite packed when we arrived—almost all tables were filled—but thankfully the queue was short and we managed to get a seat pretty quickly. We ordered one dry prawn noodle and one pork rib prawn soup. The dry version was interesting and quite different from what I expected. It had a subtle tomato-like taste despite the chilli sauce, which gave it a unique twist. There was a generous amount of shallots that made the dish very fragrant, along with pork lard for added richness. The slightly thinner 粗米粉 (bee hoon) was also something you don’t come across often, giving the dish a distinctive texture. It also came with a small bowl of prawn soup on the side, which was rich and full of flavour. The pork rib prawn soup was enjoyable as well. Compared to the dry version’s soup, this one was a bit lighter but still very tasty. My wife and son—who aren’t usually big fans of prawn noodles—actually preferred this and enjoyed it. The prawns were fresh and naturally sweet, which was a big plus. However, they were served halved with shells still on, making them a bit troublesome to eat. Overall, a satisfying bowl of prawn noodles with some unique touches. Definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.
View on GoogleOrdered the big prawn noodle with pig’s tail. Soup taste is good however the prawn’s texture is no good, on the dry side, probably pre cooked, pig’s tail and skin were too blend not nice at all. Zion road prawn noodle is still the best!
View on GoogleA palatable bowl of prawn noodles. Nothing mind-blowing, but enough to hit the spot when you’re craving prawn noodles. 🍜🦐
