We are regular customer. The fried chicken inside the burgers used to be large, but today we bought four, and all of them were super small! We are very disappointed with today’s experience and hope this can be improve

Quality and crispy mala chicken, but burger and fries could be made hotter. Service is fast if you order dine in, even when the screen says your wait time is 20+ mins (guess they prioritize dine in customers). Service is fast, though cleanliness could be improved.

Shiok Burger offers good value for money with their reasonably priced set menus. As an avid burger fan, this spot does not disappoint. What makes their burgers stand out is the freshly baked buns, which remind me of soft China-style buns, adding a unique twist to this Western classic. I tried the Wagyu Beef Burger and Mala Chicken Burger, and both were flavorful. Their sides are just as good. The set menu includes Beef Cheese Fries and Ebiko Tater Tots at no extra cost. Their drinks options are quite limited, perhaps can have bottled water as a healthier option. You’ll find Lemon Coke, Lemon Sprite, and Passion Fruit Soda, which complement the meal well.

Loved their burger varieties that I'd come back and try them once in a while. Never fails to impress me that I always forget to capture photos of them in my every visit. 🍔 💜

14 Nov - dropped by for lunch at Shiok Burger Sengkang Grand Mall. Food excellent, service excellent, staff neat and hygiene practices, premise clean & convenient for kids. Staff on duty are friendly, polite, patiently teach how to make order in system and explain everything to the other customers. Awesome. 👍👍👍👍👍 Ordered grilled chicken burger set. Delicious and juicy. Looking for something else than McD, shiok burger is highly recommended. Kids & student enjoy shiok burger.
