I was just strolling past when a poster stopped me in my tracks — and honestly, it couldn’t have come at a better time. I needed to hydrate, and KOI was calling. I went for the Sugarcane Milk Tea with Four Seasons Tea, topped with Aiyu — and let me tell you, this drink did not miss. The sugarcane wasn’t just a subtle hint in the background; it was front and centre, delivering that natural, golden sweetness that no artificial syrup can replicate. It paired with the floral, layered notes of Four Seasons Tea in a way that felt almost effortless. And the Aiyu? That silky, jelly-like texture tied everything together beautifully — every sip had a little something going on. This was a happy accident of a visit, and it left quite the impression. If you haven’t tried their sugarcane series yet, let this be your sign. I’ll definitely be making this a deliberate stop next time — parking excuse or not! 🧋

Was at this branch on 22 Dec at around 4pm ( proof of receipt to show i was indeed there). Served by Ms. Suimin and Team! Extremely professional and thorough in communication when i was placing order! She even apologised when i waited for merely just 10 seconds for cash payment. Even when i queried about koi bundle card, she is able to reply politely even when she is tied up with packing orders for others! This makes my day!

Although the outlet at Kopitiam City was closed to move their operations here, I'm still very impressed by their massive improvement, and they serve more than before! The drink I ordered doesn't really add to this review, as I always get the same product, but it was delicious anyway. Count that as a convincing factor to visit this place instead of your nearest ones! However, I wish the old employees from Kopitiam City were here. This place is pretty much a massive improvement for them than the older outlet.

Had questions. Asked and answered. So good. But didn’t buy anything as they were not flexible to meet my needs. Openly commented about me when I was still there. Fine. Asked if the manager could perhaps be more flexible. Could sense the annoyance on the staff’s face. I mean, I can understand if I was being difficult but theirs is a service industry and I wasn’t rude or anything so… Anyway, the lady before me also had issue with her order when served by the same staff.

Staffs here are genuinely really friendly and helpful! Since I’m a regular here, they always go beyond their job to initiate conversations with me which made my entire waiting process more enjoyable❤️
