Was there on Sat ard 2pm, no Q. When we were seated, staff passed a QR code to us to encourage signing up of membership for 5% discount on 1st order. Upon scanning, we realised that we were not able to download the app as it only suits OLDER android system 🙄. When asked, the staff was polite and offered to help us register new membership on HER PHONE, which we declined. We then ordered the striploin steak in medium rare and upgraded to a meal with soup and drink. Hubby had mushroom soup and he said was ok, but my lobster bisque was a disappointment. It had 4 cuts of prawns, but the most disappointing was the lack of flavor. The soup looked thick but taste diluted, obviously with lots of cornstarch solution added. Our steaks were the most disappointing. It wasn't even closed to medium. While we did not expect much from a <$20 steak, we didn't expect such a hard time eating them as most of it were rubbery and chewy. The steaks were also too charred and had a burnt taste throughout. It's our first time trying Collins, somehow, we never felt the urge to give it a try and we finally knew why. They may have a fantastic marketing department, however, all other departments' support are obviously lacking to create an enjoyable experience for their customers.

This is my second visit to this outlet. The atmosphere is same as previous visit. The vegetarian food choice is still very limited, it took pizza and mushroom soup. Perhaps Collins can include more vegetarian options, mash potatoes, corns, salads and pasta, it is not too troublesome. However, meatless option like beyond meats are not feasible for us and Collins. I hardly take beyond meat patty, because for me it always induced cough for me. They are many meatless options out there. The mushroom soup is rich, my partner said is fresh for lobster soup. The sourdough is nice also. The chicken chip is well done especially with the pesto sauces. The sausages are nice but a little bit too greasy and hard to cut. The drinks are real cooling and refreshing. Overall the atmosphere is nice and like the previous visit, we do not get to sit the inner corner which is much quiet and nicer view, perhaps they have no setting for 2 at the inner corner. I drink a lot of water, before I can finish a quarter of my meal, my drink is almost emptied and I still have plenty of ice. I do not check the menu carefully whether they are complimentary choice of drink water. For the pizza, the mushroom are nice, but the source are just a bit little. Collins delivery probably offers more choices and discount. For the same cost. I probably get 2 serving of corns, salads and pasta while my partner can enjoy the meats. Overall if you are meat eater, the food, the atmosphere is just good for you. Vegetarian you can go to hawker centre, soup spoon or sanook or maybe hot pot.

Ordered chicken and mushroom aglio olio at $15++, and asked for more garlic and chilli padi. I wish it could be more spicy though. It's quite flavourful, I will come back for this again. Set upgrade is $6.90++ for one soup and one drink, which is quite ex, but I had voucher. Mushroom soup seems to be more creamy than mushroom taste. It's a huge bowl with sour dough bread slice. Can give this a miss. White was alright, but not extremely fantastic. All in all, it was still a good meal and I enjoyed myself. There was not a lot of people in the store, so it was still a good meal overall.

Disappointing experience — wouldn’t return Dined at Collin’s and unfortunately, it was a letdown. Ordered the Salmon Papillote, but honestly couldn’t tell what I was eating — flavours were muddled and unclear, with nothing standing out. The prawn & clam aglio spaghetti was just so-so, lacking depth and not memorable. The peach drink was unpleasantly sour and hard to enjoy. The only acceptable items were the wild mushroom soup, which was decent, and the flat white, which was fine. For the price paid, the overall quality and execution did not meet expectations. With so many better dining options around, this one isn’t worth revisiting.

Brought the kids here for lunch. The service and the atmosphere were good but nothing exceptional or fancy. Food wise, we went for the chicken & waffle, mixed grill and Argentina ribeye. The taste of the food was acceptable but not quite memorable. Nothing really caught our eye here. The saving grace was that the portion of their food was rather generous and we couldn’t finish them.
