First and last visit to this restaurant. The environment is nice and the restaurant looks modern, but the overall experience was average. The soup base tasted quite diluted and lacked flavour. The portion sizes of the dishes were quite small as well. The condiments station had limited options and was quite messy when we visited. There was also no staff attending the counter, so customers had to wait for someone to come over. For about $80+ for 2 pax, the value feels average. I would rather pay slightly more for a better hotpot experience elsewhere.

Enjoyed the hotpot here! • Soup Bases: We had the Tomato, Herbal Chicken, Chicken, and Tom Yum. The Tomato soup was definitely the best—thick and very flavorful. • The Meat: The Pork Collar was fresh and stayed tender. • The Highlights: You have to order the Wantons; the skin is really silky. Tried City Hotpot for the first time and had a great experience! One downside was that the meat were sliced really thinly, but their soup broth was good! We got the fish soup with milk and the tomato soup bases, which were really flavourful. A special shoutout to Laura, who was incredibly helpful and friendly. Since it was our first visit, she patiently explained how everything worked, shared the different promotions available for my sister and me, and was even observant enough to notice we were missing a cutlery set before we asked. Her excellent service really made our experience even better. :)

Impressive service! The single set hotpot set is more than enough for one. I need to roll out of the shop alrdy😅 Everything was fresh! Wagyu Beef very good👍🏻 The snacks station has peanut with anchovies, best thing ever.

We had an awesome and hearty dining experience today. Upon arrival, there was no one at the counter. We waited for someone to bring us in but the staff who brought us to the seat was in a hurry and went off to carry out his job. Other staff were also busy carrying out their work. It was not crowded. It was our 1st visit and we do not feel welcome at all. Fortinately, we approached a young server, Mr Coffee who answered our enquiries and assisted us with the order. He was very patient and very helpful to us. The portion is generous. We took a 1 for 1 ribeye and was worth paying. Only thing the herbal chicken soup is dilated and the staff should make effort to pay more attention to customers (instead of focusing too much on their own work). Despite these, we will still return.
