Just ordered something from the drinks stall. Wanted to order 2 sets (eggs+bread + drink) but wanted to change drinks to ice milo. Man said that there's extra charge for it. I said OK by how much? He answered it's already after 11am (time check 11:30), each item is charged as ala carte. I changed my order after he said that. Never heard of such a thing after living at Anchorvale for 8 years. The pricing is not transparent. Very dissatisfied with his attitude. In future, I can easily walk over to Anchorvale Village for my coffee brunch to places like Ya Kun. As of now, I still can hear him making weird comments in hokkien. My mother got so fed up by all this that she didn't touch her eggs & bread because she heard all this in earshot too.

Super extraordinary bad Kopi today. No taste, no aroma, dilute and looks like Kopi O. For years, the kopi standard up and down, never consistent. Drink at your own risk. Deserve no star rating actually but need to rate star to post.

Dirty coffesshop; seats and tables don't feel clean and feel sticky on the seats. Hygience in toilets need to be improved. The tray retuen area is very dirty. If you have no other choices, its the last resort. Food except zi char stall and kolo mee stall are bad and mediocre. Go somewhere else if you can.

One of the best Zhi Char in Sengkang! Our regulars are Mee Goreng (spicy and tasty), Pai Ku rice (tender juicy) and no1 Stingray rice! We love the Char Siew rice too. Old school style, with tinge of fatty texture and charred corners. Malay stall is nice too.

Healthy selection of fish soup meals. Tried the sliced fish beehoon soup and the fish slices were thicker than normal. Will return to eat if in this area. Will also add this to my list of healthy makan places.
