Then, one more auntie last time she mistakenly heard my order but she replaced with another one. Very nice and good staffs. Mature to handle problem happened. Just a request if the boba can be a bit soft or chewable. Now is okay but a bit soft better

If you order through their app, the order number is not announced. It's difficult to get the staff's attention as they re more focused on delivery sales and the customers ordering at the counter..

Order staff not attentive. Drink items on TV are not listed on actual menu at the counter. I need to repeat my order many times. Food delivery seems to have higher priority.

Vry bad experience. Was ordering total 14 cups for a lunch event. Try to double confirm the total qty few times with cashier, she mentioned that all correct. End up still short of 3 cups. Instead of performing service recovery, they ask customer to rejoin the waiting queue and no proper explanation, this is really unacceptable!
