Food was good. I would have given a 5⭐️ but the price was on the high side. However quality food was served, highly recommend the Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice) and best part is that you can select the doneness of your egg. Popcorn chicken was really juicy and tender. The egg crepe was delish; ordered the one with pork patty. Paid extra for lettuce but they missed out. Was very disappointed ☹️. Breakfast coffee is highly recommended too! If you go for BF, try going after 10am when the air con is switched on.

Breakfast Hola 早餐好了 (Anchorvale Village) I’ve seen it packed on weekends, and eerily quiet on others — the kind of inconsistency that makes you curious. We’d heard enough to warrant a visit. Hola, indeed. The concept is Taiwanese, though the menu doesn’t feel like a love letter to the cuisine so much as a curated selection of crowd-pleasing formats: sandwiches, toasts, egg crepes, and a handful of heavier plates like braised minced pork rice and noodles. Some of it sits awkwardly as “breakfast” — but then again, the Taiwanese have never been precious about that. We ordered widely: Luncheon Meat and Egg Toast, Sea Salt Peanut Butter Toast, Grilled Pork Meat and Ham Sandwich, Taiwanese Nabeyaki Egg Noodles, Hashbrowns, Iced Milo, Good Morning Milk Tea (Iced), and Authentic Milk Tea (Iced). The sandwiches were decent but unremarkable — competently assembled, nothing that lingered. The price point, however, made them harder to forgive. Both milk teas disappointed most: thin on tea character, with a mildness that felt more like an afterthought than a deliberate lightness.

I've been a chef for over 10 years and had lived in taiwan over a year and with multiple trips back to Taiwan. This is the cafe that gave me the taste of taiwan. Braised pork rice is flavourful, not salty. Same taste as eating in taiwan. The rice is short grain rice with every bite is fluffy and Q. Meat is super soft and flavourful. You can choose the egg to been running yolk or fully cook. Portion is really good. Only need the meat to be a little bigger in size. Salted egg taro crepes is something special. Taro is sweet and combine with the salted egg, it carries the taste which usual Taro will make u feel bored when eating too much. But this doesnt, sweet+salty=just nice! Pork floss Scallion crepes is the best which I brought me back to the little village in heng chun kinmen. Both crepes are excellent with a bit of crispy-ness. Ice Coffee latte is rich and thick, even with the ice melted, the coffee still taste great. Long time nv drink the apple sidra, really miss this drink. The cafe is in a small neighborhood shopping mall, given the price with the generous portion, really is worth it. The staff is also very friendly and polite. Their staff and chefs are also from taiwan too. Self service for the cutlery and table napkins. I will be back for more. *food reviews are based professionally on what the food has to be and not like some foodie food blogger wants.

Walked past this store a few times and finally decided to pop in to try their food. Of the dishes we ordered, the better tasting dish was the sweet potato fries. Sandwich, egg crepe and popcorn chicken were pretty much homely style. It wasn't a standout culinary experience, it certainly wasn't disappointing either. It served its purpose as a quick and convenient bite. This place is self-service. For those looking for a no-frills meal or a new spot to grab something light.

Love the ambience and the quality of food. Price a tad more expensive but thank our govt with CDC vouchers. Had the toast (which we can likely diy at home), but its generous serving and presentation makes up for it. Soy milk (warm) was nice. The onion pancake with floss was yummy. Worth the calorie and I will certainly return for it. Spent $22 for breakfast (brunch) for wife and I for a Pleasant brunch date.
