Visited the Anchorvale Village outlet on 8 July 2026 at around 8:00 pm. The lights were on, but there were no staff around. I waited for about 10 minutes, and no one showed up. If the staff are away for dinner or using the restroom, it would be helpful to put up a simple notice so customers know what is happening instead of waiting and wondering. Honestly I don’t even want to provide a single star for the review because of how bad the drinks tasted. Bought four drinks — cookies n cream, all berry bang, mango magic and strawberry squeeze. All was insanely watery and could honestly taste lack of the ingredients in some drinks. Biggest regret is that I should have read the reviews before ordering to know how bad this store’s service and quality of drinks are. I have never tasted such diluted and watery drinks from boost before, super disapponted in this store. I will not be returning the next time.

Went to the counter to order my drink with a valid gym membership for 10% discount . The Malay staff told me it’s only until 6pm. I checked online (boost fb & ig) stated it’s MONDAY TO FRIDAY ALL DAY. I showed it to the staff and she insisted it’s until 6pm only. She called her manager to clarify but no one picked up. She came back and told me “yes it’s ALL DAY BUT LIMITED TIME ONLY 3-6pm. I confirmed with her 2 more times that ALL DAY means LIMITED TIME ONLY 3-6pm and she is annoyed with me. I’ve contacted boost directly and they confirmed it’s an ALL DAY promo. This branch needs better training for their staffs. This happened on 4/11/2025 8:47pm

10/4/2025@1pm,Anchorvale Village. Most DISHONEST female staff there. Initially ordered an Original Berry Berry Crush that is supposed to have blueberries and sorbet inside. Apparently when I asked this Malay female cashier about the blueberries, she said there's no blueberries today. I asked her why was I not informed before payment. She just smiled and said she 'forgot'. Then I changed to Melon crush. I also asked her if she put sorbet inside. She said she did. Later when I tasted it, no sorbet inside. This was not the first time I patronise Boost, so I know how the drinks taste like. Today, the drink tasted like a cup of lies and dishonesty. This staff must GO!

Why is the quality of the drink so bad? It’s not ice blended at all. Both drinks are so watery and taste so diluted. We didn’t drink it at all and ended up throwing it away. What a waste of money. Really disappointed. Drinks ordered at 23/11/24, 9pm.
