Saw a youtuber taken lunch here so decided to try. Nice environment and I can bring my cat there , got discount too. Cannot sitting at the air con area because got pets but luckily the fan are strong enough for hot weather .

Had a fantastic dining experience at Chingu @ The Oval! The service was excellent throughout the meal—friendly, attentive, and welcoming. We ordered the Black Angus Rib-Eye Steak, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. It was definitely the highlight of our meal. The Seafood Pancake was another standout dish, crispy on the outside, generously filled with seafood, and very satisfying. We also tried the Watermelon Soju, which was refreshing, smooth, and complemented the food really well. Overall, great food, great drinks, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable Korean dining experience in Singapore. We’ll definitely be back!

Headed there for lunch on a Sunday. Absolutely loved the ambiance - modern with sleek decor and spacious, comfortable tables. Recommend the hangar and oyster steak which were tender and flavourful even without any marinade. The charcoal bbq with added apple wood chips really brought out the smokey flavour of the meat and they smelt heavenly! Kudos to Gabriel, who was warm and welcoming. He didn't push for us to order the priciest items unlike the norm in many other places, but instead shared his sincere recommendations based on what our preferences were. Lovely VIP rooms too, one of which has a ktv system. We'll be back! *note: they didnt serve banchan but offered complimentary haagen daaz ice cream and jujube tea 😋

It was our first visit to Chingu at The Oval, Seletar Aerospace Park, and daebak... what a wonderful experience. When we made our reservation, all the indoor tables were already fully booked, so we opted for an outdoor table instead. Thankfully, the weather was cool, making it a really pleasant evening. Sitting outside had its own charm. It was peaceful, quiet, and perfect for a relaxed dinner. If you prefer the full Korean BBQ experience indoors, I'd recommend making your reservation early. From what we observed, the indoor setup keeps the food warm while you dine. We ordered the Pork Lover Set and the Soft Tofu Stew with Seafood and Pork. Everything was packed with flavour. The pork slices were thick, juicy, and beautifully marinated, making every bite incredibly satisfying. The soft tofu stew was rich, comforting, and loaded with seafood and pork, pairing perfectly with the barbecue. The banchan were fresh, flavourful, and complemented the meal perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive despite the restaurant being busy, and the overall atmosphere made for a lovely date night. If you're looking for a good Korean dining spot in this part of Singapore, Chingu is well worth a visit. Just be sure to make your reservation early if you'd like an indoor table.

We had their lunch set and there was not much people there during lunch. Kimchi stew was quite tangy for some reason which we were not accustomed tobut its unique for sure. The Jajangmyeon portion was very generous and the toppings were abundant as well. I forgot to take photo of their kimchi pancake but i think their seafood pancake might be better. Overall the staff were very attentive and even gave us complimentary ice cream afterwards which was really nice🫪 Foods alright but hospitality was better than expected🥰
