All the staff were friendly and patient and prompt and it felt very comfortable. If you want a nice place to have dinner and need someplace where the service is good (attentive but not overbearing) this is definitely the place. Food wise it was above average but nothing super fantastic. We tried the tendon and the ramen. The ramen and the cheese cutlet was interesting and refreshing, definitely above average. The tendon was on the disappointing end tho. Rice was averagely sweet but the fried vegetables were just sad. I would consider the tendon to be below average. Overall, I'm really happy with the service provided. The vibe and atmosphere in the restaurant was good and I would be happy to revisit.

This used to be a good place during covid period where they have value set meals. Now that these set meals are no longer available, the price seems to be on the higher side. Taste wise is not as great nowadays. The only good thing is that they accept CDC vouchers.

First of all, Staff service very good. Then the food really tasty. Environment also clean and tidy. Bye the way, This restaurant provide QR code to order first and make payment directly by Debit or Credit Card after make an order. Quite convenient for me. Recommended.

Loved the food. Tonkatsu is good. Chicken katsu as well. It came with unlimited rice and salad serving if order set. The meat was tender and crips. $4 different on set. It is quite small serving for the child set but they came with yakult and ice cream which kids may like. The location of the shops at level 2 and in the corner. Not many traffic since the entrance door was closed.

very bad customer service. have been a regular customer but the service seems to have been deteriorating. during my last visit, the kartsudon came with the egg white still transparent and runny. usually katsudon will have whitish egg whites that are soft and runny egg yolk, but we told a staff that the egg was raw, and she offered to give us a fresh set, but we refused as we wanted to just let them know. however, after that the male manager came over and insisted that katsudon was supposed to be like that (with transparent egg whites???) and was completely unapologetic. our visit this time, we had to wait more than 35min for the last meal (which was kids set, usually served first!?) to arrive. in addition, the kids meals and ramen sets of other tables who arrived AFTER us were already served. although the food is pretty good, such service is extremely disappointing! ramen is really fast and easy to cook given that the broth and everything else is already prepared and the only thing they have to cook is the noodles, so i can’t understand the 30min wait time after the first bowl was served. on the other hand, we see some tables having their food served in 10min. staff don’t come when we raise our hands, such poor service. extremely disappointing service from tampopo. they used to do better. food quality has dropped since liang court too.
