Waited for quite a while for my food although I was already seated down. It wasn't that busy as most customers were already eating. One of the female service staff caught my eye as she literally had her mobile phone strapped inside her tudung and was yapping all the way for goodness knows how long while serving and talking to customers. She was already doing that when I ordered and was still talking on her phone when my food came. I have never seen such terrible service lapse before. If she has such audacity to do it in the presence of customers and during working hours, it shows alot about the Operation & Training department. That's why the management has not gotten back to me regarding this issue when the feedback site clearly states that Sukiya will respond within 3-5 working days.

I ordered a dine in unagi bowl with beef combo set with extra egg. As i know, normally they give us free cold/hot green tea drinks but the staff never bother to give. There is substandard service at sukiya waterway point.pls reprimand your staff service.

Terrible experience today. First served with too much sauce, I can even see rice swimming in the yakiniku sauce. The staff changed a new one for me but it doesn’t taste like yakiniku, the beef is broken and so little. The beef was even lesser than my patience. Have been eating Sukiya many times, but tonight I experienced the worst food and service. Don’t have the mood to argue anymore, won’t come back to this branch anymore.

Food quality has gradually gone from decent to bad. Compared to the outlet at Waterway Point, the Tampines Mall branch feels like night and day. The vegetables tasted sour, and the salmon bowl tastes completely different from how it used to. If you've ever had 4Fingers at different outlets and noticed that some are especially bad, you'll know exactly what I mean. This Sukiya outlet at Waterway Point honestly feels more like a franchise-run branch than an official outlet. Spend your money elsewhere — I wouldn’t recommend eating here. I finished my food not because it taste good, but because it's pricey.

Sat down to a very strong unpleasant smell on table, (towel that was use to wipe smells really bad). Even after using my alcohol wipes, still the stench is there. Food was sad, egg was cold from the frigde, clam and miso soup was almost room temperature. The best thing on the table was strawberry matcha sadly.
