i was excited to try their spring rolls and found hair in the food! i am so disappointed and hope the manager will take note of how their staff groom themselves before handling with food. if not incidences like this may occur again.

First time ate at so pho, wwp. The crews are friendly although the restaurant is crowded. The food is great. We will be back again.

My regular go-to place at Sopho Waterway Point. The food is always good, and I especially like their cold rolls served with 2 different types of sauce. The portions are reasonable too.

I had a disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant. I was served hot drinking water that appeared to be extremely hot, almost boiling. Although I was aware it was hot and only took a very small sip, it was still hot enough to burn my tongue immediately. I asked the waiter for ice right away, and while he did bring it to me, there was little apology or concern shown. I understand that hot water is expected to be hot, but serving it at such an excessive temperature can be unsafe for customers.

First time visit this restaurant, surprisely the food, service, staff are very nice and polite. Cannot stop ordering. I placed 3x order (add-on ) because too yummy. Definitely will be in my list whenever I go waterway point for lunch or dinner.
