*edited: increased to 2 star as i got a replacement drink from another outlet today. appreciate that ur backend team made an effort to reach out and tried to make things right. however, this drink (i chosed back same drink/ different boba) still missed the mark for me (though sweetness 50% is right and no more 'sandy' feeling). the texture of drink is too thin for me, tea strength was too mild, couldn't really taste it.* this drink not even worth a star seriously. it was the worst bbt i drank in my life. how can it be called taiwan milk tea when it was so DILUTED? even the teh ice at kopishop also thicker in texture than this drink! and then, i order 50% sweet and yet this drink tasted like a 70% sweet. the lychee pearl was also vy sweet. the worst was after i took a few sips, there was this 'sandy' feeling which triggered my throat to be vy uncomfortable. compared to their outlet at punggol coast, this outlet is really 👎🏻

Love the sweet messages on the cups that I went back for a 2nd time although my closest outlet is not Waterway Point 🥰 My go-to drink is always their chrysanthemum milk tea 0% with chrysanthemum boba or osmanthus jelly so I can still taste the fragrance of the chrysanthemum tea without the toppings overpowering the drink. The grape yakult green tea/taiwan milk tea with grape boba will be when I feel like indulging myself.

Playmade never disappoints! The Osmanthus jelly is so fragrant and refreshing! Light, floral, and not overly sweet, pairs perfectly with the drink. Staff were friendly and service was fast too. Definitely one of my go-to bubble tea spots.

I ordered a large-sized Four Seasons drink with lychee pearls and less ice on 14 December 2025 at around 10:55 am. Initially, I was given a medium-sized drink. After informing the staff of the error, the drink was changed. However, I was disappointed to see that instead of adding more tea to make up the large size, more ice was added. This left me puzzled as to whether I had paid for a large-sized drink that was ultimately more diluted. Updated: what I meant was that, yes I was given a large cup but all I see was ice cubes added only and paying extra for large cup but the actual fact I'm just paying for the extra ice? Funny thing is that my order was actually less ice. If you like to get a replacement cup for me, I'd like to redeem it in a easy way and definitely not at waterway point branch as I do not want the same staff dealing with my drink again
