Purchased the noodles from Waterway Point outlet and unfortunately found a very long strand of hair in my food. This was extremely unpleasant and concerning from a hygiene standpoint. I was so put off by the discovery that I could no longer continue eating the noodles. Hope they can look into this matter seriously and review your food handling and hygiene practices to prevent similar incidents from happening again. 🤮
View on GoogleI feel like very bad and sad . I come order so many time always is add one ps of noodles Than always total is pay $8.00 But today I buy again and say add one noodles u staff charge me $6.80. Than of course I will asking why before I always pay $8.00 Than the staff say don’t know. I show her the payment before I always pay. The staff is laughing me say :Waw u can eat 3ps noodles? Don’t eat so much lahh. I totally feel Laugh at me for eating too much because of obesity. This kind of service is super bad !!! How can be laugh with customers because she eat so much! I add one ps on noodles I also got pay right? Who is she ! Can laugh people when people eat more!
View on GoogleMaybe I was lucky - the meehunkueh I ordered here was really good. Soup was flavorful but not too salty. Serving size was better than buangkok hawker outlet, meehunkueh was well cooked (buangkok's was slightly undercooked). It was cooked was a young lady and the older lady was handling the cashier and pao. Older lady was proactive in informing the promotions as I initially wanted 3 pao and she recommend to get 5 to get 1 free (Total 6). Overall very satisfied and I will definitely return again to takeaway.
View on GoogleVisited Nam Kee Pau Waterway Point outlet on 29/09/25, 3.55pm. Ordered 2 big pau, 6pcs char siew and 4 lotus they missed out 2 lotus bun only after I went home then found out. Its not acceptable sia can charge me but cannot give me the correct amount and theres no one at that time all the more unacceptable please do better. going down all the way to waterway point to get back the 2 lotus bun is ridiculous
View on Googlehis Southeast Asian large bun is very distinctive, often containing not only meat filling but also other ingredients. The buns from this place have a half egg wrapped in the meat filling. The bun's skin is fluffy, and the filling inside is deliciously juicy. One bun is enough to fill you up. Payment can be made with credit card or cash.
