My usual spot for a coconut shake fix. The flavour has been consistent over the years, and I still rate it as the best coconut shake I’ve had so far. Service can be slow at times, but at least it no longer has the long, snaking queues it did when it first opened.

On 13 July at around 1:00 PM, I had a disappointing experience at the store. There was an elderly female staff member standing at the collection counter, wiping and arranging items, but she did not assist me or another customer who were waiting for our orders. She seemed focused on her own tasks and did not acknowledge that customers were waiting, even though our orders had already been placed. It was only when another male staff member returned that our drinks were finally prepared. Even then, the elderly staff member remained at the collection point continuing her task without informing us of the situation or letting us know that we would need to wait for another staff member to handle the orders. I understand that she may not have been responsible for preparing drinks, but it would have been helpful if she had simply informed us that there would be a delay. Instead, we were left waiting without any explanation. In the end, I waited about 15 minutes for a single drink, which was quite frustrating and disappointing.

Located outside of Waterpoint Mall, at where the entrance of the Punggol MRT. Like all Mr Coconut outlets, long queue and eating time- good business for this outlet. There were 2 self ordering machines, hence the ordering queue were considering short. And thankfully, the ordering time was considered reasonable. The waiting time to collect the drinks, was a bit long. With 3 staffs, I could only say, that was the best, the speed could be. For this outlet, I could not select the coconut meat options for the drink. Made me feel like it was a lottery, to see if I am lucky to get the coconut meat in my drink. Made me wonder why the ordering system wasn’t consistent. Thankfully- there was coconut meat.

everything was good until i drank the drink , i ordered coconut shake with coconut ice cream . when i first drank it i already felt there was something wrong in the drink it made my tongue tingle and i am certainly not allergic to coconuts or anything , i think something fell inside of my drink . please double check your drink before serving it to customers . my tongue still has that tingling feeling

Nice but not cheap. Prepare for long wait From queue to order, to collection took me 35 mins. Try once, and won't want to go thru again.
