I’ve been buying from this Mixue outlet for months and have finally had enough of the service from one particular staff member. She appeared to be a woman in her mid-20s. On 1 August at around 9:00 pm, her attitude was unbelievably rude and impatient. While we were ordering, she rushed through the payment options at lightning speed (“PayNow, PayLah, no PayWave”) as if she couldn’t wait for us to leave. We genuinely couldn’t understand what she said, so I politely asked her to repeat it. Instead of slowing down, she rattled it off just as quickly again with the same dismissive attitude. Customers shouldn’t be made to feel like they’re an inconvenience for ordering a drink. I’ve worked in customer service before, so I understand that the job can be stressful, but there’s no excuse for treating paying customers with such obvious impatience and disrespect. This wasn’t a one-off experience either. I’ve tolerated this behaviour for months because I enjoy the drinks, but this visit was the last straw. Good products can only go so far when the customer service is consistently unpleasant. Management seriously needs to address this staff member’s attitude before more loyal customers decide to stop coming. Also, advice for her, if she hates this job so much maybe this job isn’t for her. Quit it.

Visited around 9pm. We ordered at Mixue and were only given sugar options between 0% and 30%, though we wanted 50%. The employee didn’t ask for our ice level either. After offering 30% sugar, she jumped straight to payment, which felt impatient. We also noticed the staff wearing multiple rings, which didn’t seem standard. Additional notes, the taro grade taste extremely diluted, we also ordered 30% at other outlet before and it tasted perfectly fine as well On top of this, we ordered the drink and waited at the side but we have no idea why the staff chose to skip our order and make the drinks for the customers beside us first! Overall, the service was rude and disappointing! I think if u really need a drink u can consider to take a walk to wwp or just get a teh ping at the hawker center upstairs, at least the auntie there will be nicer to u and the price is cheaper as well!

On our visit at approximately 9:00 p.m., my family and I had an extremely unpleasant experience. My young daughter was pointing at the menu displayed on the table when, without any warning, one of your staff members came out and shouted at her, "Don't push the menu!" This was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. I immediately told the staff member that there was no need to speak to my child in such a rude manner. This is also the second time I have experienced poor service from this particular staff member. What disappointed me further was that no apology was offered. Instead, another staff member came over and explained that the menu was made of glass, which was why the staff member had spoken up. However, the issue was never about protecting the menu—it was about how the message was communicated. A simple and polite, "Excuse me, could you please not press on the glass menu?" would have been more than sufficient, and I would have immediately corrected my daughter. Even then, the second staff member did not apologise for the incident and simply stood there looking at me. I have noticed that many Google reviews have highlighted concerns about the service standards at the One Punggol outlet. The responses from Mixue are often along the lines of, "We are sorry for your experience and will strive to improve our customer service." Unfortunately, based on my experience, it appears that little or no meaningful action has been taken, and the customer service has only continued to deteriorate. It is disappointing that what should have been a simple visit to buy ice cream turned into such an unpleasant experience for my family. Unlike many customers who leave a Google review and move on, I will not let this matter be brushed aside. The recurring complaints suggest that previous feedback has not been taken seriously. I expect this complaint to be properly investigated and for appropriate action to be taken. The behaviour displayed by your staff does not represent the image that Mixue should uphold. One Punggol is a community hub that is frequented by families with young children. Customers should be able to visit your outlet without worrying that their children will be shouted at by staff. This is a very traumatic experience and my daughter and I is very anxious about returning to this particular outlet.

bad customer service. i ordered 10 sundae ice creams and the reaction on ur staffs face is unacceptable. “omg 10??” and the attitude they gave off was like they did not want to do my order. firstly , i’m a paying customer secondly , if they want to have any sorts of reaction like that pls do it behind closed doors when the customer is not around. in my defense , yes 10 sundae is a lot but it’s literally just ice cream which doesnt take much time and effort and it was the SAME SUNDAE for all 10 orders. i’m seriously upset with the way they reacted to my order. pls improve ur customer service because that was very unprofessional of them. thank u

This review reflects my recent positive experience there. The One Punggol setting is ideal for enjoying a refreshing treat, offering a pleasant outdoor atmosphere. The MIXUE outlet is easily accessible within the complex, with ample seating nearby. Sou Sou & I sampled two items: the Brown Sugar Pear Sundae and the Taro Grape. Both were incredibly tasty! The Brown Sugar Pear Sundae was a delightful combination of sweet and slightly tart, with a perfect balance of textures. The Taro Grape was equally impressive, offering a unique and enjoyable flavor profile. The portion sizes were generous, providing excellent value. The service was efficient and friendly, with staff quickly preparing orders and providing polite, helpful service. Overall, our experience at MIXUE @ One Punggol was exceptional. The pleasant location, delicious treats (especially the Brown Sugar Pear Sundae and Taro Grape!), and efficient service make it a great spot for a quick and tasty snack or drink. I highly recommend it, particularly if you're already at One Punggol.
