LiHO TEA @ Waterway Point
'LiHO means "How are you in Hokkien" and we take pride in our name as it celebrates Singapore as a melting pot of culture. A simple greeting of LiHO is a great way for individuals to bond and it is even better with a cup of Singapore’s homegrown tea brand, LiHO TEA.

(Buy-1-Get-1-Free promo) Popped by to try their new menu promotion, overall a pleasant experience, though I did find the tea profile lacking compared to what I’m used to elsewhere. Our Orders: Aerin picked the Da Hong Pao, while I got Brown Sugar Milk Tea for my son. Comparing the Da Hong Pao to Chagee’s version, Chagee’s is far more robust and layered. LiHO’s tasted noticeably diluted. - Value & Service: The BOGO deal was fantastic value, staff were polite and efficient, and drinks were ready fast even with the queue. - Hygiene: Counter area was neat and well kept.
View on GoogleLiHO Tea is still one of my go to drinks spots. Their drinks are always consistent and affordable compared to other brands. My all time favourite has to be the Golden Avocado, literally the best drink ever 😭🥑 Super creamy, rich, and refreshing at the same time. Perfect if you love avocado drinks and the service is usually quite fast too. Definitely one of the drinks I’ll keep repurchasing.
View on GoogleI had a great experience here! The staff were very friendly, polite, and attentive. Their excellent customer service made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The bubble tea was delicious, and the pearls were fresh, chewy, and perfectly cooked. The drinks were well-balanced and refreshing. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
View on GoogleOn 2026 MAY 17 at 1941h, I placed a drink order with LiHo's outlet at Waterway Point shopping mall. At 1942h, my order for "No. 1 Classic Iced Milk Tea with Pearls" was processed and a receipt with queue number was issued. Along with other LiHo's customers, I waited nearby the queue number display screen (facing OSIM store). FIFTEEN MINUTES LATER...I'd noticed order numbers after mine started flashing on display screen and customers who had placed their drink orders much later after me were already getting theirs. So I approached one of three LiHo's service crew to check on status of my drink order. The response which I was given: "Sorry, we ran out of pearls but we're making more right now. Would you like to wait for the pearls or replace with...". ▪︎ Is it not more efficient to summon a customer to update status on a drink preparation when circumstance as above happens (i.e. a specific ingredient is temporarily unavailable)? Y/N ▪︎ Is it LiHo's intention that its customers are required to be proactive in checking status of drink preparation with service crew (e.g. "Is everything okay" every 5-minute interval)? Y/N At this point I hope LiHo and business partners would seriously reflect on this incident and review its policy to existing customers/patrons.
View on GoogleHorrendous experience. I ordered two drinks during the 1 for 1 promotion and ended up waiting for more than an hour. One drink had already been prepared, but the second was never made because my order sticker had been lost. Nobody noticed the mistake until I went to ask why my order still wasn’t ready. If I hadn’t followed up, I have no idea how much longer I would have been left waiting. The store chose to run a 1 for 1 promotion, which brought in a huge crowd, yet there were only two staff members handling everything. Poor planning does not excuse losing customer orders. If you know demand will be high, you need enough staff and a reliable system to keep track of orders. The worst part was the complete lack of communication. I received no updates, no explanation until I asked, and wasted over an hour because my order had effectively disappeared. Watching one of my drinks sit ready while the other was never even started made the situation even more frustrating. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. An apology after wasting over an hour of a customer’s time does not fix the problem. Management needs to seriously improve staffing, order management, and communication. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place based on my experience.
