This is a nice kopi tiam which we use to cycle every weekend from Fernvale for breakfast. Very cooling and clean setting. However there is a few occasion our peace and harmonious has been disturbed by and elderly men wearing yellow T shirt as shown in the photo. He is having non stop loud conversation which many customer felt annoying. So check it out the next visit first before ordering.

Patronised the Yupan and dimsum stall today, and food was great! It deserves 5 stars! (However 4 stars due to the kinda baddd customer service from the dimsum stall - unpleasant tone and impatient staff 😕) Dim sum is delicious, but one of the staff was quite rude while the other one was polite. (BUT! We will still go back for the food tho, in hopes that we will not be served by the rude staff again! 😅 I’m sure the other staffs are nice cos the food is really worth it - especially the HarGow🦐 and coffee bun ☕️) Besides, the coffeeshop is quite clean and cooling too! (No wet floors, yay!) 😉🤩 The staffs from Yupan were polite and welcoming despite them having to serve such a long queue of customers! 👍🏻 Strongly recommend the fish with bitter gourd soup, they are generous with the ingredients! Fish is very fleshy and fresh too! 😊🐟 Thanks for the pleasant experience! 🤩

Good food and friendly service from the Zichar stall. I tried the plum sauce pork ribs, Kai lan with salted fish and chili, hot plate beancurd and fried garlic chicken. All were good. Too delicious to waste time taking photos. Roast meat stall and fish ball noodles stall were also good. Drinks at this coffee shop are reasonably priced, $1.50 for an iced lemon tea. Will definitely return to try other dishes.

Drinks stall skinny old woman preparing bread. Your mouth got gold is it? I ordered bread, soon after heard a bell. I went over to ask you if it's for me... Why you gave me a stare and rolled your eyes then turn away? Dumfounded! You have a huge attitude problem? Or you don't understand Chinese? Or should your customer just anyhow pickup order? NOT HAPPY DON'T WORK! ONE QUESTION YOU CANNOT ANSWER YES OR NO? Don't waste your boss money! If you're working for people. Do you job properly! Don't let your boss' business suffered because of staff like you!
