Exceptional food quality, service, and atmosphere! We ordered the Parents' Set, which featured a fantastic spread that our parents thoroughly enjoyed. It is also highly kid-friendly. A special shoutout goes to the staff for remaining efficient and polite despite the busy weekend crowd. Rachel, in particular, was incredibly professional, attentive, and polite. I usually expect a standard level of quality from Ichiban, but my recent meal really missed the mark. The mini California roll was surprisingly bad. It looked like it was rushed—the rolls were misshapen and the slices were completely uneven. Worst of all, the rice didn't hold together at all and kept dropping everywhere. It was a sloppy presentation and frustrating to eat. Really hope they step up their kitchen standards
