Food is average. I ordered the curry chicken, the meat was dry even though it was chicken leg. I requested for some sambal, which helped to up the flavour a bit. The curry was so-so

Ordered laksa ala carte price is 6.80. safra member has discount. Today I encountered dispute where the branch refused to honour the member discount due to the use of a cash voucher NDP 2024. This was despite me telling them I have confirmed with Safra management. They said they will check with Safra hq. In the end luckily I could get in touch with someone in safra who assisted me to tell them to honour it. All in all I waited another 25 mins just to sort this out. In terms of the laksa. It is kinda too salty but still palatable. There were no cockles in it. Quantity not a lot. Maybe only half filled you. I don't blame the cashier I blame the management of heavenly and their communications with Safra.

[Jul 2023] Good spot to have an affordable light meal with aircon, after a walk at the pcn nearby. Drinks are of generous portion, compared to other similar local coffee places. Enjoyed the food and friendly service.

Quiet, chill and brightly lit ambience with warm lights and air conditioned. Great place to hang without much worry about chasing u out because safra Punggol is quite deserted anyway. Laksa was standard and done well - spicy level is there though slightly on the salty side. Good place to hang out with friends and family

I like the interior and layout of the cafe as it has indoor and outdoor seatings. Outdoor seatings is pretty chill, quite a nice place to hang out. However, I will down rate this cafe as the food is underwhelming. Display menu of the beef rice looks amazing but the amount of beef given is so pathetic. I'm paying over $10+ for the set that only has 3 pieces of beef.
