This cafe always catches my eye with its beautiful selection of cakes and pastries. They offer a wonderful variety of unique flavors at reasonable prices. The tarts are exceptional. The dark cherry pie and New York apple pie are incredibly delicious and addictive. For something different, the pulut hitam is a great option, though it is slightly sweet. Look forward to returning and trying more of their treats.

Decided to try something different at waterway point for dinner....so aft looking around...my choice was han's cafe...it is a v new place which I felt gave fo try n c how the food, service n atmosphere is like...I took a quite some time to decide on what to eat aft seeing the menu...so many choices... spaghetti, fried rice, sandwich...I ordered spaghetti home made tomato sauce 🍅 w chicken sausage...there is a choice of meal or ala carte...I chose meal which comes with chicken soup,Tau sau Pai...for the fai say Pai there is a choice of sweet or salty...I chose sweet...I ordered coke zero also for that I paid additional $2 ... As for drink is additional $2 ...total I paid $15 .... This is my first time eating spaghetti w chicken soup...as I always eat spaghetti w mushroom soup...l loved the spaghetti w the home made tomato sauce w the chicken sausage...I was given 2 chicken sausage...the chicken soup was also v nice...but the only thing I hated was the Tau sau pie...I had difficulty swallowing the Tau sau pie...i saw cakes in the display case...felt that I should have changed the Tau sau pie to a cake 🍰 Don't mind paying extra for the cake... I give r stars 4 the food as I hated the Tau sau pie...for service I give 4 stars... I did not like how the Tau sau pie was being served to me...the top part of the pie was missing... tissues r not given... atmosphere I give 1 star...as I did not like the atmosphere...tables not wiped, dining area a little too small...as I needed to keep my bags...did not like the dining chairs...hard chairs...overall I give 4 stars I liked it...☺️

The beef burger set - the petty is very dry. The fries were cold . The chicken curry rice set - rice is cold , chicken curry is cold too and the potato is hard . Mushroom soup- the soup tastes plain . Overall the food is really not up to standard as last time Han’s .

Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience and the food was enjoyable. The staff were also friendly and service was satisfactory. One area that could use improvement is the serving trays. During my visit, the tray provided had a noticeable unpleasant smell and felt damp. For hygiene reasons, I would suggest ensuring trays are thoroughly cleaned and completely dried before being returned for customer use. Damp trays can potentially encourage bacterial or mould growth and may affect customers' perception of cleanliness. I also noticed quite a number of flies in the dining area. Perhaps management could consider additional pest control measures, such as more frequent cleaning of food waste areas, fly traps, or improved air curtains to help keep flies away from customers and food. Other than these observations, I have no major complaints and hope this feedback helps further improve the dining experience for everyone.

This has always been my comfort place for some comfort food. The food here are in their standards. But what im impressed most is.. they hired people who aren't normal like us. She was there everytime I came, she knows her routines very well, she kept all the tables clean and clear all the return plates from the rack. Very cheerful little lady with special needs, but very hardworking. I respects such company who hires these people and giving them a chance to learn to survive in this society. Great job Han's Waterway Point outlet 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
