Love the variety at this outlet! The 5-star selection never disappoints, but I’ve fallen in love with the Bandung Coconut Slushie. It is hands down my favorite drink here. I really hope the team considers making it a permanent menu staple because I’d be back every week for it! Great service and even better drinks.

2 staffs on duty, I’m second in line, yet the wait was almost 10 minutes for a Coconut shake. Very disappointing service

Ordered via foodpanda— schedule order to be delivered at 3.45pm however only AFTER 3.45pm then they start to prepare my drinks. had to wait more than an hour for my drinks to be delivered. understand it was raining earlier today BUT to only prepare my drinks after the scheduled delivery time is ridiculous??? no wonder see so many bad reviews on this store

horrifying experience. not the first time take order and give order wrong. no communication with co workers and just take wrong info. fire them pls. horrible to the maxxxxx.

I was charged $5.00 for a coconut cream drink instead of $4.70 which was reflected in the store menu . I enquired about the extra charges and was told there was a price raised and the new charge not reflected. I consider this is v unfair for customers. The staff should have highlighted to the consumer before charging the extra 30cents
