An Açaí Affair (Waterway Point) This is hands down my daughter’s absolute favourite treat spot! We got a Medium DIY Açaí Bowl with banana, fresh strawberries and chocolate hazelnut sauce and she absolutely loved every spoonful 🥰 The açaí base was thick, smooth and perfectly creamy not icy or overly sweet at all. The fruits were fresh and juicy and the chocolate hazelnut drizzle added just the right amount of richness without being cloying. Service was quick and the staff were sweet and patient. Great value for a lovely, refreshing snack, we’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Bought an acai bowl at Waterway Point and decided to eat it at the park after leaving the mall… only to realise they didn’t give me a spoon. Seriously? Why assume every customer is bringing it home? Basic customer service should include providing a spoon, especially when the bowl already costs $10.20. A plastic spoon costs almost nothing. Really disappointed with the lack of service. Been supporting Acai Affair for many years and they’ve been super consistent. The acai sorbet quality is always good!!! strong acai taste, never too sweet, just nice. Love the variety of nut butter options and toppings. Bananas are fresh, granola is crispy, cocoa nibs MUST HAVE everything works well together!!! Service is super friendly and fast, usually around a 5 minute wait, and they sometimes have really good deals! Big fan and happy to support — I even got to meet the owner haha Highly recommend! 💜🍓🥣

visited the outlet on24/06 at around 645pm and was greeted by 3 really friendly staffs that made my experience really great after a long day at work! they prepared the food really quickly and the açai was delicious! thank you for the great service and will definitely patronise again! ☺️
