The thick toast with butter and syrup was the highlight of our table. The toast was soft, fluffy, and generously thick, making it the perfect canvas for the light, creamy butter. Drizzled with syrup, it was simple, comforting, and absolutely delicious. I ordered the grilled seabass with potatoes and tomatoes, and I was happy to see a healthier, non-fried option on the menu. The fish was nicely cooked, while the potatoes and tomatoes complemented it well. The capers added little bursts of tanginess that really elevated the overall flavour of the dish. The mac & cheese was another pleasant surprise. It was creamy and comforting without being overly rich or heavy, making it easy to enjoy. For families, there are kids’ set meals, which makes it a convenient dining spot if you’re bringing little ones along. We visited at 7 pm on a weekday, and the restaurant wasn’t crowded, making for a relaxed and comfortable dining experience.
View on Googleoverall the food is ok. find that the sou vide chicken is a bit saltish but at least the chicken breast is tender. The Mac and cheese is pretty nice with warm melted cheese. Otherwise not much stand out. Price on slightly higher side. inside seating is cool but outside is really warm.
View on GoogleNice restaurant with option for indoor vs outdoor seating. This us my 5th time here and was not disappointed with the breakfast!! Food was delicious and service was prompt & staff friendly. Usually you have to wait for a table but we were lucky it was not crowded probably due to the June holidays. A great place to hang out with friends over food & drinks. Not very easily accessible if you don’t drive.
View on GoogleWonderfully executed duck confit on risotto, brussels sprouts could be more caramelised or cooked. Mac and cheese tasty but a bit too wet, could be drier and cheesier. Wagyu beef burger was alright, fries not as fresh as they looked. Iced matcha latte was watered done after ice melted. Iced coffee was a small cup. Vanilla milkshake was delectable and sizeable, the best drink at the table. Prompt and adequate service. Complimentary water served. Place is huge, with lots of natural light. There's a small sheltered play area outdoors for kids. A little overpriced but a nice place to chill for an afternoon with its wide selection of drinks, mains, and desserts.
View on GoogleWas there on a weekend morning. Not too crowded. Tried their smoked salmon with avocado toast and two poached eggs. Just as how I like it to be. Hot white is not very hot, maybe the air con has chilled the coffee. Not much variety around the vicinity at that hours so having this cafe is good.
