Just had dinner at Sushi Tei.. Punggol Coast Mall and honestly, quite impressed. First thing that stood out was how fresh all the sashimi were. The salmon was thickly sliced, super buttery and clean tasting, not fishy at all. The swordfish had that nice firm bite but still soft enough, very SHIOK!. Even the octopus was on point, slightly chewy in a good way, not rubbery. Every slice tasted like it was just cut and served straight away. You can really tell the quality there. We also tried a few other sashimi options and all consistent. Cold, fresh, nicely plated, and the texture of the fish damn solid. The meat just melts properly in your mouth, especially the salmon belly. good and satisfied. Their udon also deserves mention,. The noodles were cooked perfectly, not too soft, still got that slight chew. The soup was comforting and balanced, not overly salty. Simple dish but done properly, which I appreciate. Overall the food standard really good and worth coming back for. Service was decent and the place feels quite comfortable for family dinner. Only small suggestion la maybe can consider providing baby or kids utensils. Would make it more convenient for families with young children ok Will definitely be back again.

The sushi teh at punggol coast is exceptional. The food is always fresh and delicious, we come here every weekend as a treat. The service is extremely good as well. Highly Recommended 😊

Had a fantastic dining experience at Sushi Tei Punggol Coast! Every single bite was absolutely delicious — fresh ingredients, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality in every dish. The service was just as impressive. The staff were attentive, polite, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our meal. It's clear they care about both the food and the customer experience. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for good Japanese food and excellent service. Definitely coming back! Fantastic food and service Have been visiting Tiong Bahru Plaza outlet most of the times. Superb service there too. Sadly because i stay around Punggol. So likely to visit this outlet more often. Really like the food and enjoying friendly good service here. Especially Dean, Perlyn and Xin Yen they are really patient and nice. Thumbs up

Food at this outlet was absolutely 💯. Have tried other Sushi Tei outlets such as Jewel but it's just not as good at this one. My only qualm is the time they took to serve the ikura chawanmushi. We checked with the staff a few times before it finally came as the last dish. Talk about an appetiser that only appears when we are almost done with the food. I will still come back again though not that often, as we know this is not exactly the most economically priced.
