Air con family zi char restaurant... i actually stumble it when i visited Northshore Plaza and my family were hungry.. Ever since, my family love going there. One thing, the food do not have consistency... went there 4 times and first 2 times were delicious but the latest one had disappoint us.. Ordered fish head curry for 15... the fish had very little meat and vegetables.. had a lot of red onions.. so red onions lovers will rejoice... Also ordered their seafood beehoon.. today one was lacklustre and quite frankly bland.. far cry from the first time we had.. But the food prices are reasonable and i believe they do not charge takeaway fee. They also have a mixed vegetable rice counter for a quick meal... All in all, i would still visit this place, as the food are still quite decent.. oh.. their dinner time during weekends can be quite crowded..

really enjoyed their zi char dishes, everything was very flavourful and well cooked. cozy environment and comfortable place to dine in with family or friends. they also sell economy rice in the afternoon which is quite convenient and affordable.

Ordered takeaway for dinner 2 curry chicken, 1 sesame chicken, 1 Thai-style chicken rice, 2 plain rice and 1 pork lard rice. Quite the feast… plus a surprise bonus. One curry chicken came with a complimentary strand of HAIR. Really elevates the texture very artisanal, very farm-to-table vibes. Didn’t know personal grooming was part of the recipe. To make it more exciting, one of the chicken pieces didn’t even look properly cooked. The sesame chicken was also impressively… lubricated. Oily to the max basically a free oil tasting session. If you ever wondered what chicken swimming lessons look like, this is it. Food safety clearly takes a backseat to creative presentation. If you enjoy mystery ingredients and extra shine in your meal, you’ll love it here. If not… maybe bring your own strainer. To be fair, service and atmosphere were good just wish the food matched.

Ordered chilli chicken rice set. Chicken cubes were mostly coated in so much flour, very little meat. And on top of that it was super saucey and couldn't even eat it with rice. Prices are reasonable but it is not worth it.

This dish Dace fish in black bean sauce is so unacceptable! really felt got shortchanged! Charge $7 for 2 tiny slice of dace fish! Previously can see at least 1 whole dace fish. Now they say they peel the fish.. Can you see any of the fish in this plate? And the amount of veg they gave is so pathetic. When ask the staff they say its like this.. Omg. The pork belly meat is so tough. Really a turns off. The standard had really dropped so much. The table and chair height is so uncomfortable.. Overall experience very bad..
