Loving the omakase gelato ice cream (Dark Chocolate is super nice) but their egglet so-so—it very soft and not crispy when it comes out.
View on GoogleDespite the name, Playground by PlayMade isn’t an actual playground,. Instead, it is a minimalist, contemporary dine-in cafe designed for a clean and quiet break. It’s a stationary spot where you can enjoy their signature teas alongside an expanded menu of snacks like egglets. A standout addition to this concept is their gelato, offering a refreshing treat that pairs perfectly with their famous handcrafted pearls. It’s a factual, fuss-free environment—ideal for a quick, calm pitstop
View on GoogleProbably one of the least enjoyable ice creams I’ve had. The Uji Matcha flavour had a strange, almost plastic-like taste, and the Chrysanthemum Milk Tea was quite powdery in texture. The drinks were fine.
View on GoogleAwesome service I gotten today! Staff Ming Xi was very nice and friendly. He managed to coax my son when he is so noisy. He able to make magic out of grape pearls. Keep it up and stay awesome! :)
View on GoogleBe prepared for long wait times and a lack of customer service. I ordered through the app and it said my order was ready after about half an hour. However, when I went to the store, the staff said I have to wait a whole hour after sending an order due to "system issues". There was a long queue for collection and we had to queue under the hot afternoon sun. I had a stomach upset right after drinking the milk tea.
