I am giving this five-star review mainly because of the excellent service provided by Siew Ling. I walked in on 28 Aug to make a dinner reservation for three people on 29 Aug and specifically requested a quiet table for a birthday celebration. The reservation was confirmed, and I even received an SMS confirmation. However, when we arrived the next evening, I was devastated to learn that there was no record of our booking. The table I had requested was already occupied by another family. Thankfully, Siew Ling stepped in and handled the situation swiftly and calmly. She offered us a corner table near the kitchen. Although it was not ideal, it was the best available option at that time. Despite my frustration and angry tone while trying to explain that I had a confirmed reservation, she remained patient and served us with a big smile throughout. To cut a long story short, Siew Ling is truly a gem. She handled the situation professionally, eased the tension and helped turn the evening around. Thanks to her, we still managed to have an enjoyable and meaningful birthday celebration.

This afternoon’s business lunch at Paradise Classic was truly delightful. The ambience was calm and welcoming, perfect for a productive yet relaxed discussion. The highlight was the attentive service — the manager personally came over to assist and even helped deshell the prawns for us, which made the meal feel extra thoughtful and refined. The dishes were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented, showcasing the restaurant’s commitment to quality. Overall, Paradise Classic delivered not just excellent food but also exceptional hospitality. It’s rare to find a place where the staff go above and beyond in such a considerate way. Highly recommended for both business and casual meals — I’ll definitely be returning soon!

We visited on 29 Dec around 2.30pm and would like to commend the excellent service. We were warmly welcomed and seated, and the petite lady in a white long-sleeve shirt diligently explained the afternoon promotion to us and to every other patron who came in. The other two ladies were also outstanding - an auntie with glasses who was very kind and patient, and another lady with an elegant hairdo in a black long-sleeve shirt was very hardworking serving and clearing tables promptly. The sweet cashier who handled our bill was lovely too. Dining here was a wonderful experience because of this amazing team. The food was fresh (prawns, lard), portions were generous, and the beehoon prawn broth’s very flavourful. Overall, it was great value for money. We will definitely return!
