Kopitiam opposite PDD at the HDB blocks of Punggol Point Woods. Not very big, but has quite a few stalls. Environment is decent - a standard heartland kopitiam, nothing too special about it, but the food and drinks I got from the western stall and drinks stall were pretty good. Crowded on a weekday lunch, but was able to get a seat soon.

But if you expect bold flavours or cozy ambiance, midday visits might feel underwhelming—and portions aren’t exactly generous. Prices lean higher than classic hawker fare. Skip peak times (around noon) to avoid crowd and heat. Supermarket is located beside this coffee shop.

Hot and cramped place. Dapao roast duck from the Famous HK style roasted delights, just avoid it. Expected the duck to be good as price is on the high side. Duck meat is uncooked and bland. Really disappointed with the duck and made us lose appetite.

Don't sit near the tray return area. Super noisy as shown in the video. I cannot eat in peace with all the loud music they play.... Totally Spoilt my dinner appetite. If you're wondering why I didn't sit elsewhere, there was no space elsewhere for my family of 6 when we arrived 630pm. The food is so so also. Not too bad but no wow factor... Don't think I'll come back again with my family.
