I was very disappointed when I came here to buy drink , I always come here no problem and there is one staff , male very tall ( first guy ) . I went to the counter , he ask me to self order with an attitude since they had no time and were busy but there was 4 person working , how don’t have the time to help but we went to check if have the drink I wanted but don’t have so I went to the counter again and ask properly “ can you help me order because my drink wasn’t there “ and they didn’t replied and i waited and few mins later then one guy ( second guy ) came to me and ask “ what you want “ in a rude tone . After I order and got it , I talk to the guy and ask “ why you guys have an attitude like that because I cannot order and I just needed help “ and they don’t care what I was talking about and the guy ( second guy ) say “ then now I help u order lor “ in a rude tone again . please this staff has a very bad attitude male tall and skinny ( second guy ) and the other one is also male tall w strip hair colour and skinny ( first guy ) . Please fired both staff for their bad service thank you and this is my first time writing a google review. This is a very popular bubble tea brand, but the staff are really rude. If I had the choice, I wouldn't choose this one; I wouldn't give it a single star.

I would like to commend a staff member at KOI Northshore. While I was standing at the counter waiting to place my order, I was unfortunately ignored by a male staff member who was at the counter. However, another staff member named Feng noticed the situation and immediately paused what he was doing to assist me. He was not only attentive but also polite and friendly throughout the interaction. His excellent service made a positive difference to my experience and I truly appreciate his professionalism. Thank you! 😊

Order serve fast as here got lesser crowd. Get the drinks within 2 mins. You can use the self ordering kiosk or just simply scan the QR code to order. Tried a very nice special series here. Vanilla milk tea with coffee jelly + ice cream , best combi. Always get a cup of it once I am here. Thumb 👍

I’ve been visiting this outlet quite regularly. When they’re busy, I usually just place my order myself at the kiosk. There have also been a few times when I was queuing, and the staff asked me to place my order at the counter instead.

Service was quite fast also even though got a few people. Staff were friendly and everything was good. Will definitely come back again 👍
