I bought a sushi and maki set for SGD8 today. I thought it was a good deal. There is one sushi with pork (I think) that tasted a bit off, but it could just be how it was prepared. Then I found a piece of glass in one of the sushi in the set. I wasn't expecting premium food but the hygiene and safety practices in this branch is definitely lacking and needs to be looked at. Never getting food from here again.

The udon was the deciding factor for my son's dinner, yet it never arrived. After checking, we found out that the udon was removed from the order without any notification. This is completely unacceptable. At the very least, have the decency to inform your customers when you make changes to their order.

I was dining nearby this restaurant and could hear their promotion audio all the way from KFC. This ruined my dining experience and ruined the atmosphere for my other friends dining too. I think there’s a certain line that has to be drawn when you’re advertising for your own store and think about how loud and repetitive it will be for nearby restaurant diners. Please stop this audio advertisement as it is loud, noisy, annoying, and disruptive to citizens that are eating nearby.

No spoon, staff sleeping, cashier cannot speak English. Took order wrongly and cannot cancel... if there is zero stars that will be the correct score. Problem when u cut cost and no one supervise. Thank you for the last experience.
