I often get Stuff’d from this outlet, and the taste has always been consistent, so there’s not much to comment on regarding the food. However, the service during my recent visit was concerning. The staff member who prepared my food was unhygienic—the order receipt was placed between my wholemeal wrap and the foil wrapping. The receipt is printed with ink that faded and turned black when exposed to heat, which raises concerns about potential health risks with long-term consumption. This also makes me question whether the wraps are consistently prepared this way, and if it is still a healthy meal choice. This feedback is for management to improve their service standards, and I hope the staff involved will handle food more carefully in the future.

So happy to have an outlet near me. The two ladies were so friendly and nice even though I went near closing hours. Visited on July 10, Friday.

Missing order! Black bean and tomato was missing. Quantity was pathetic, few pieces of salmon only. Sauce given was too little to taste anything. Very bad and disappointing experience

Bought an ULTIMATE BOWL (I.e., beef AND chicken) via Grab Pickup at around 7PM on 04 Mar 2026. Look at the pathetic portion. The bowl was just half filled, and the amount of beef given was only enough for 1 mouthful. Extremely disappointing. Judging from recent reviews, seems like this is a recurring issue faced by multiple people. Is the management not going to do anything to resolve this? Have been a long time customer of Stuff'd, and this is just unacceptable and sad.

Food is good but the portion is always inconsistent. They don’t weigh the bowl/wrap at the end to show you either. Poor SOP observed at this outlet compared to others.
