Enjoyed Soymilk Sunday! Pearly Thai tea Soymilk was great, staff were proactive and friendly today

Ordered twice from this outlet through food panda, first time i ordered Hazelnut Royale pancake last month but they gave Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancake instead. Then everytime i order Mr Bean through food panda , i will make sure to avoid this outlet and choose Hougang Mall outlet instead. Today i ordered through foodpanda and accidentally chosen this outlet, and to my horror , they gave me Crunchy Peanut Butter Pancake instead of Hazelnut Royale yet AGAIN!!! Hello, please retrain your staff or send them for an eye check 🙄🙄🙄 i'm not sure if the mistake is made on purpose or not, as the peanut butter pancake is cheaper. Not possible to make the same mistake after 1 month from my first order and did the same old mistake TWICE. Please avoid this outlet at all cost!!!

1 star is for the service, I have no issue with the food. When I was there at 8.40am today, there was only 1 person before me who bought 4 vouchers pack + 1 coffee soy milk. The lady asked for a plastic bag for the soy milk and the cashier auntie gave her. When she asked for a plastic bag for the vouchers as well, the cashier auntie scolded her loudly and say 'eh 小姐, 这个要钱的leh!". Nevertheless she still gave her the plastic bag before she ask me for my order. I ordered 1 voucher pack and I told her 1 would use one of the vouchers to buy soya milk and a pancake. She started telling me loudly 'don't talk to me your order, please pay money first for the vouchers!'. I told her there is no need to be so fierce and shout. She started complaining that 'by right the shop opens at 9am one, just because I need to make pancakes for all you these people who came early, I need to be here at 7am!!'. She explained n said that all other outlets have 2 staff but she is always the only staff here. I saw many comments here that the auntie is rude. Maybe the management can look into adding more staff to help this auntie (before she drive other customers away).

Me and my family bought 2 bandung 1 with pearl & 1 without pearl ITS WAS BAD , we buy the water for our break-fast (iftar) and wasted our money on a $3.10 water ???? the water HAS NO TASTE AT ALL , FOR BOTH . This is unfair as we paid total $6.20 for that kind of taste ? UNBELIEVABLE ! super duper bad service.
