Saw that it was a Mich star restaurant. So decided to give it a try. The $21 char siew Raman is a bit ex. I really can't taste anything special of the noodles.... The reviews were quite rave about it. The soup is quite light.... with just only the seaweed taste. The terayaki chicken is quite hard. Been left there for quite long. Even soak with the noodles . MOS burger the chicken taste a bit better. The chicken karakage... Or fried chicken ... Taste werid. The chicken is not as crispy as it should be. The colour is a bit off. The chicken don't seem to be seasoning before. The oil that fry the chicken taste funny... As if they fried cutterfish with the oil before. Then they fry the chicken. The smell... Just stayed in my mouth a long time. Would find the food overpriced.

Claimed to be 1 Michelin starred. Soup and noodles was not to my liking. Flavors were unflavorful. Only reason giving 2 stars is due to the friendly service by staff. I wouldn't return here.

The restaurant was empty as I went during off peak hours. The staff was cheerful and polite. The service is fast as the staff assist you in the ordering using the automated system. I order Ajitama Shoyu Soba which the soup stock was quite mild in taste. As for my order of Ajitama Shio Soba the soup taste was much thicker and with quite a few condiment which I find it complementing the whole noodle experience. The noodle was the best. The staff even did not serve us the noodle when they have cooked the wrong order instead they cook a fresh new bowl for us. Great kitchen service staff. The Ro Su Meshi small portion was just right and the taste was quite nice with a tinge of sour note in the rice which whet my appetite. Overall a great experience for us.

Good service but nothing to shout about their signature shoyu ramen which was so so. Didn't really like the over cooked char siu which was tough. The soup was meh, the truffle just overpowers the true essence of a real ramen broth leaving you with a mouth full of truffle after taste. Overall: worth trying this 1 star Michelin ramen but ain't going back for seconds.

Order their famous one Michelin star Shoyu ramen with black truffle oil. The whole dish tasted good but the truffle oil was underwhelming (because the amount given was little) and the soup was overly salty after a while. Advice to order less salty version if you don't have a heavy tastebud. Overall quite unique and worth to try it once in your life 👍🏻
